Undergraduate Service Management Program

Service Management 
Service management program is a professionally oriented undergraduate degree program for students interested in careers in management of service-based businesses. A composite of discipline areas allows students to understand the physical charchteristics of these businesses and to gain the expertise necessary to manage and market them. 

American Degrees
Upon successful completion of the two-year service management program, students receive an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Hospitality and Service Management from RIT.
Upon successful completion of the four-year service management program, students receive a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality and Service Management from RIT. 

Croatian Degree
As of June 2005, studies at ACMT are accredited by the Croatian Ministry of Science, Education and Sports according to the Bologna Agreement. As a result, all students completing the four-year program will receive the degree title of Baccalaureus/Baccalaurea in the field of Service Management.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive Croatian degree from ACMT, students must have either a high school diploma issued by a Croatian high school or a high school diploma must be recognized by the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports of the Republic of Croatia.
